All international buyers accept full responsibility for import duties
We cannot be held responsible if orders are delayed due to factors beyond our control and refunds will not be offered because something hasn't arrived on time
We accept returns for unpersonalised items:-
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Pepper mills or salt mills
- Restocking fee of 10% on items that deliver free
